1.  Turn Around
Although RBM Industrial Bags cannot guarantee it, the usual turn around time period from the time of order until the time of delivery of goods is 12 days.  However outside factors, such as freight company delays, busy periods and the unavailability of raw materials may effect the turn around.

2.  Settlement Terms within Australia
Accounts are strictly 30 days nett.  Please note RBM Industrial Bags P/L does not offer a % settlement discount should your company choose to pay early.

3.  Overdue Accounts
Accounts overdue by more than 90 days will be charged 2% per month until payment is received in full.

4.  Insurance
Goods are deemed delivered on despatch and you are advised to arrange your own insurance.

5.  Freight Charges
Please be advised that within Australia, all freight costs remain the responsibility of the receiver.  Please specify your preferred freight company at the time of placing an order.  Orders received from outside Australia will be attended to on a case by case basis.

6.  Orders
Purchase Orders must specify a contact name, order number & specified freight company and should be marked ATT: BETTY, and may be placed by

7.  Prices
While every effort will be made to maintain prices, due to the uncertain market for raw materials etc., RBM Industrial Bags P/L reserves the right to alter prices without notice, unless under a pre-determined contract.

8.  Credit Accounts
Applications for credit accounts must be on our forms, which are readily available on request.
